Easy site to use. Couldn't see if tickets were sold out until paying the subscription but luckily more tickets were added after a few days so I saved almost £20 on a day out.

I've heard of kids pass before but never really thought to use it until my daughters 2nd birthday and I wanted to take her to flamingo land. I knew kids pass had a discount for it and you can set up a subscription for just £1 for the first month so seemed silly not to do it. The website/app is super user friendly and the explanation of how to redeem the discount is really clear. With the school holidays coming up, I think I'm going to be using the app a lot!

We used Kids pass to book tickets to flamingo land, as there is no option for family tickets with flamingo land anymore this was a a great saving for a family of 6.
I was anxious to use it but it was quick and easy to use.

Scams you in with non-existent voucher and offers non support.
Registered and paid a £1 for a voucher that never existed. Support number is not answered and points to email or Facebook messenger. No answer on either of those.
Website now shows an error when I try to cancel and no support!
But you do seem to respond here !!
Please refund the £1 you charged me to join, cancel my membership and delete the personal data you collected from me.

Shocking customer service! Hidden extra payments due after tickets bought through kids pass. Nothing stated in their terms and conditions. Be very wary what you purchase through them as they can totally scan you!
